How do I request a price when I find a suitable model?+
Tell us the target model, preferred year, budget, working conditions and destination country; our sales team will match suitable equipment and provide photos, specifications and a quote.
Can new machines be configured and meet emission standards per country?+
First specify the intended use, destination country and desired configuration; we will then verify the actual configuration, applicable requirements and delivery timing for the specific model. Compliance for a country cannot be determined from a generic catalog alone.
How are the year and operating hours of a used machine confirmed?+
For the specific unit available, request the nameplate/serial number, records of year and operating hours, current photos and a running video. The product title does not replace unit verification.
Can an on‑site or third‑party inspection be carried out?+
You may request video, on‑site inspection or third‑party inspection; whether it can be arranged, the location, timing and costs will be agreed based on the equipment and between both parties.
Does the export quotation include freight, insurance and import taxes?+
State in writing the currency, named place, applicable Incoterms and which costs are included/excluded. Customs duties, clearance or inland transport in the destination country must not be considered included until confirmed.
What should I verify before paying?+
Check the contract and the formal quotation against each other: machine/configuration, validity period, seller and beneficiary of the receiving account, inspection arrangements, delivery responsibilities and list of documents. If you are notified of an account change, verify independently using the corporate email published on this site; do not rely only on replying to the message received.
