03 / MATCH & VERIFY
After you enquire about a specific machine, verify the documents and delivery conditions in the following order.
Request current photos of the matched equipment, its location and the nameplate/serial number, and confirm which machine the final quotation applies to.
Base your assessment on actual records and on-site inspection; pay special attention to key parts such as the engine, hydraulic system and undercarriage.
Request a current operation video; the location, date and costs of an on-site or third-party inspection will be agreed separately.
Verify the machine's actual identity, condition description, mode of transport and both parties' responsibilities; also confirm the payment information.
